Professional experience start to finish. The bins arrived about a week before our move date, clean and ready to pack. Labels were provided so we could label each bin with the appropriate room and other comments. Throughout the process, JP, the owner, kept in contact via text. He dropped off additional bins a few days before the move because we underestimated just how much stuff we have.

On moving day, Reuben and his crew showed up right on time. They quickly loaded the 85 filled bins to the truck first, then carefully wrapped our furniture in moving blankets before loading on the truck. The bins are very sturdy and when they stack, they distribute the weight to the sidewalls of the bins so even heavy bins filled with books don't crush the bins stacked under them. NONE of our things placed in bins was damaged.

Reuben accommodated a drop off for some contents earmarked for delivery to my brothers apartment before continuing to ours. Unloading was swift but attentive. We bought pizza for the crew but they wouldn't stop to eat until everything was off the truck. Since pricing is by the hour, we were impressed that they were never idle, always working quickly but carefully.

A week after the move, the empty bins were picked up and we were done. No stack of broken down boxes to find a place to recycle.

I highly recommend Bin on the Move. Their unique service is environmentally friendly and very cost effective, particularly if you don't like the idea of other people packing your personal stuff.
